Shenzhen, 26–28 August 2025 – Formnext Asia 2025 opened at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an), gathering the region’s full additive-manufacturing supply chain from materials, printers, software to post-processing.

At Hall 5, Booth C116, UnionTech presented two production-oriented systems purpose-built for industrial tooling and metal shoe-mould work: the SLA printer- RF-800 and the quad-laser SLM machine Fuees430, alongside the proven Martrix520 LCD and Cute300 DLP printers.
RF-800 – SLA dedicated to jigs & fixtures
By replacing CNC machining and welding with UV-cured photopolymer, RF-800 turns around custom drill jigs, checking fixtures and welding aids in hours instead of days. Early adopters report an 80 % cut in overall part cost and a 60 % shortening of lead time:

– dimensional accuracy ≤ 0.1 mm, minimum hole 0.05 mm
– warpage ≤ 0.5 mm per 1 000 mm
– top-surface Ra ≤ 0.26 µm
– shrinkage ≤ 0.05 % after post-cure
Fuees430 – SLM for batch shoe-mould production
Fuees430 is an industrial-grade metal 3D-printing system newly launched by UnionTech specifically for small-batch production of metal shoe moulds. Fuees430 features a multi-laser light path with four lasers and multiple galvanometers, significantly increasing molding efficiency and shortening the production cycle. Its high-speed galvo scanners reach 6 m/s during exposure and 18 m/s for jumps, while a single-blade, bi-directional recoater further boosts throughput, delivering higher quality and productivity in shoe-mold manufacturing.

Material advances
UnionTech introduced Temp R220 heat-resistant resin for thermo-forming fixtures, plus TUF 127 and TUF 68 tough polyurethane-like resins for functional prototypes and low-ash casting patterns, extending the application window from aerospace patterns to dental models.
