3D printer, also known as three-dimensional printer, three-dimensional rapid prototyping. 3D printers are different from traditional printers. 3. "Laser sintering": 3D printers use powdery particles as printing raw materials. First, a thin layer of powder is sprayed on the mold tray, and after being melted into a specified shape, it is solidified by a liquid binder.
4. "Laser sintering enhanced version": When a 3D printer prints structures containing holes or cantilevers, in addition to "laser sintering", substances such as gelling agents need to be added to the material to provide support. This part of the powder will not be cast. Finally, it can be washed away with water or air flow to form gaps, which play the role of occupying space.
